Payment

3.1.1 Consumer Payment Methods:

  • Online banking payments and invoices provided by Klarna.
  • PayPal and credit card payments offered by PayPal

3.1.2 Methods of payment for businesses and entities:

  • Online banking payments offered by Klarna, as well as an invoice on a case-by-case basis with a 7-14 day payment term.
  • PayPal and credit card payments offered by PayPal

We use Klarna and PayPal as the provider of the transaction (check-out). This means that we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order information, among other things, to the provider of the purchase transaction once the purchase transaction in the store has been downloaded, so that the providers can manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s or PayPal’s own privacy notice.

3.2.2 Online banking payments
Online banking payments are made through Klarna. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payment.

3.2.3 Businesses, communities, municipalities and the state have the option to purchase by invoice under certain conditions. The terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 There is no need to apply separately for an invoicing customer, but we verify the credit information with each order. If you have not purchased before, please initially provide us with written authorization from your employer regarding the right to make purchases by invoice, unless you are a member of the company’s board of directors. Check if the delivery you received includes the invoice. If the delivery you have received does not include an invoice and you do not receive it by post within five business days, please contact Kuurnia Oy.

3.4 If your employer pays by invoice or the delivery address differs from the billing address, please provide us with a free-form proxy for this. Deliver the power of attorney to us immediately after placing the order, otherwise the order processing will be delayed.

Delivery

4.1 Kuurnia Oy delivers orders with an average processing time of 1-5 working days, unless otherwise stated. The normal delivery time of the product to the customer is 1-2 days. During the transport of returning goods from the customer to Kuurnia Oy, the customer or the transport company is responsible if the goods are damaged or lost during the transport. In consumer trade, the responsibility for damage to the goods lies with Kuurnia Oy in all cases.

4.3 If the customer receives a damaged product during transport, the customer must immediately file a complaint with both the transport company and Kuurnia Oy. If the damage is already evident from the delivery package when the transport is received, a reservation note must be made on the transport company’s consignment note for the damage.

4.4 When the customer sends something to Kuurnia Oy, e.g. as a product return, the return documents and the carrier’s receipt / tracking number must be stored. Please contact our customer service before returning the product and follow the instructions on our website.

4.5 The poor availability of one product does not oblige Kuurnia Oy to reserve other products in the same order. We require that products that are immediately available in the order must be able to be delivered to the consumer no later than three weeks after the order has been placed and the consumer must accept the delayed delivery of the poorly available product or the cancellation of the order for the product.
