What does the sahti course include?
During the course the participants get to make sahti themselves with traditional methods as they learn about sahti´s history, manufacturing process and it´s distinctive features. We use real ingredients and follow the original manufacturing ways so that the experience is as authentic as possible. At the end of the course everyone gets so-called sahti wort – i.e. sahti that needs to be fermented that can be finished at home.

You learn not just about the traditional sahti but also it´s link to other beer styles and wider beer culture. About the tastings
Our beer tastings offer a deeper insight into the world of beer. Tastings are relaxed events and are suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their beer knowledge and discover new favourites. Tastings are suitable for corporate staff get-togethers as well as for individual groups.

What does the beer tasting include?
Tastings are relaxed but knowledgeable events that delve into the world of beer tastes, brewing methods and the stories behind them. Each participant is allocated a litre or so of beer, made up of carefully selected, high-quality and varied brews. We promise that everyone will find their favourite – whether you’re a fan of traditional lagers or a passionate connoisseur of speciality beers.
