Terms of return

Dear customer, please notify of any return in accordance with the terms and conditions below by email to info@visitsahti.fi

1. The consumer customer has a 14-day right of return and exchange from the moment of pick-up of the package or pick-up order (including weekends and holidays, excluding pick-up date). The product must be returned or exchanged no later than 14 days or the weekday following that day, i.e. if the 14th is, for example, a Saturday, the product must be mailed or imported no later than Monday.

2. The right to return applies only to unused products. During the return period, the consumer has the right to familiarize himself with the product and try it out in the same way as he could when buying the goods at the store. The consumer can also open the package to examine and test the goods without losing their right of return. However, he cannot take the goods into use.

3. The right of return does not apply to unopened non-saleable products if the incapacity is due to inconvenience caused by the customer.

4. Products ordered by corporate customers do not have a right to return or cancel an order at all.

5. Returns are free of charge for the consumer and are done using either Posti’s or Matkahuolto’s customer return. Products delivered by other means of delivery use the delivery method by which the product was originally delivered.

6. The date of purchase or pick-up is considered to be the date the package was redeemed or picked up from the carrier, or alternatively the date of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to prove the date when the package has been redeemed, for example, with the help of a Posti or Matkahuolto receipt or a Kaukokiito consignment note.

7. Definitions of Acceptable Product Returns:
a) The product is in the original package (well packaged) without any additional markings or marks.
b) A copy of the receipt / referral is included.
c) The return will take place no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

8. For unwarranted returns, we charge the costs to the customer according to the current price list.

9. Kuurnia Oy reserves the right to send back any defective returns at the expense of the customer.

10. The right to return a product is always product-specific and possibly delayed delivery of another product does not entitle to a longer return period for another product.

11. Delivery costs for returns from abroad are paid by the customer.

12. We do not redeem unpaid, prepaid or credit package shipments (returns or warranty repairs). Returns and warranty shipments must be made by delivering the product to Kuurnia Oy on its own or as customer returns by Posti, Matkahuolto or Kaukokiito, depending on what companies were originally used to deliver the product. Customer returns using the above-mentioned companies are free of charge to the sender when they are sent from Finland. When using other delivery methods or when sending from abroad, Kuurnia Oy is not responsible for the shipping costs.

13. When a customer sends something to Kuurnia Oy, he must remember to pack the package well and deliver it sustainably. Kuurnia Oy does not accept the return of the product if the return is not properly packaged.

14. Inadequate or improperly delivered products for warranty service will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

15. For unwarranted returns, we charge the costs to the customer according to the current price list. The return is gratuitous, if the product is intact, is not covered by the warranty or return period, or the definition of return / warranty repair is otherwise not met.
