As a manufacturer, Kuurnia Oy will replace or repair at its factory all products or components of Kuurnia Oy whose material or manufacturing defects have been found within the stated time:

TWO (2) years in private home use
ONE (1) year in partial or full commercial use
The warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase on the receipt or invoice. This warranty is invalid if Kuurnia Oy considers that the claim has been caused by:
Accident, misuse, incorrect application or as a result of a change made by a person other than Kuurnia Oy;
Deterioration caused by normal wear and tear.
Returning products or components to a Kuurnia Oy office in Finland or at a designated location is the responsibility of the plaintiff. The product or component must be packed to protect against possible damage — Kuurnia Oy is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Mailing must be paid in advance and the package must include the plaintiff’s name, address, telephone number, description of the problem and proof of purchase.

Kuurnia Oy will return the product or component to the applicant at Kuurnia Oy’s expense, unless the warranty is deemed invalid. In the event that the guarantee is found to be void, the claimant shall be liable for any costs arising from the declaration, as well as for any repairs and the costs of the related shipments.

This guarantee is non-transferable.

Kuurnia Oy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, indirect or special damages under this warranty or any implied warranty.

These warranty terms are valid as of September 2021.

Kuurnia Oy reserves the right to make changes.
